Before any kind of service is performed on your vehicle, our Service Managers will provide you with estimates, timelines and probable procedures. Once the estimate has been approved by you, we will provide you with a timeline and the steps to get us there. After the job is complete the Service Managers will advise you on how best to prevent the problems and point you to any additional discrepancies that our Service Technicians may have observed during the service.

In terms of a long-term project such as a race-pep or performance modifications, our Service Managers will advise you on progress and invite you to witness the change as it happens.

Our Service Technicians are constantly undergoing the rigours of training and manufacturer reference updates from BMW, VW, Audi, Porsche and Mercedes. Couple with their experience, they can provide valuable insight on how to make your car run better and smoother.
